A blend of merlot, cabernet and shiraz, with plush fruit and velvet palate with soft tannin, showcasing the Bottelary Hills Ward in Stellenbosch.  A moreish wine, crushed and destemmed into tank, fermented for 5-7 days.  Light pressing, matured for 16-18 months in old French oak barrels.
